Detroit's DJ Graffiti brings Vol.
2 of his diverse mix cds. Don't look for the artists on
this mix cd to be from only one city or even one part of
the country, Bling Free Vol. 2 reaches across the whole
country while holding down its Detroit roots. Most
mixtape djs can't exhibit the balance between blending,
scratching, and hooking up the hot exclusives; this is
where Graffiti excels. The cd starts with Emanon and
transitions into other songs by indy/underground
favorites like Jurassic 5, Dilated Peoples, Defari, Mr.
Lif, The Demigodz, J-Live, and more. Holding down the
Michigan front are Subterraneous' One Man Army, Athletic
Mic League, Lacksidaisycal, Finale, Slum Village,
S.U.N., Obie Trice, Royce and others. The stand out
track by far is Finale's exclusive freestyle over a
