DJ Graffiti LLC – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using DJGraffiti.com. By accessing this website, signing up for any mailing list, purchasing any product, or engaging with any service offered through this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site.

1. About DJGraffiti.com

DJGraffiti.com is the official website of DJ Graffiti, a professional DJ, speaker, and emcee specializing in corporate events — both in-person and online — as well as public live stream entertainment. This site is operated from the United States and these Terms are governed by U.S. law.

Services and offerings available through this site include:

  • DJ, emcee, and speaking services for corporate events (in-person and virtual)
  • Public live stream performances and events
  • Email list sign-ups and lead magnet content downloads
  • DJ mixes and digital content
  • Promotional merchandise including T-shirts and hats

2. Accounts & Member Registration

Certain areas of this website require you to create an account or log in to access content. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your login credentials with any third party

Age Requirement. Use of this website and its services is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. While the content on DJGraffiti.com is not adult-only or explicitly restricted, users under the age of 18 must obtain written permission from a parent or legal guardian before using any services, signing up for any communications, creating an account, or making any purchases. By using this site, you confirm that you are either 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained the required written consent from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. DJ Graffiti reserves the right to terminate access for any user who cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

3. Purchases & Payments

DJGraffiti.com sells physical merchandise (T-shirts, hats) and digital products (DJ mixes). By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • The billing and shipping information you submit is accurate
  • You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Personal information collected to process and fulfill orders — including name, shipping address, and payment details — is kept private and stored securely. This information is used solely to complete your transaction and is not sold to third parties. See Section 6 for full privacy details.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable payment processor’s terms:

4. Returns & Refunds

Physical Merchandise (T-Shirts, Hats)

If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address listed in Section 12.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Digital Products (DJ Mixes & Digital Downloads)

Digital products are eligible for a refund if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchase and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests for digital products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

5. Email List, Lead Magnets & SMS Communications

When you sign up for the DJ Graffiti email list, download a lead magnet, or opt in to receive mixes or other content, you consent to receiving periodic email communications. These may include newsletters, announcements, event invitations, new content releases, and promotional offers.

By providing your phone number and opting in, you also consent to receive SMS/text message communications related to events, announcements, and updates.

Message & Data Rates May Apply. Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS communications sent to or received from DJ Graffiti, depending on your mobile carrier plan. DJ Graffiti is not responsible for any charges incurred through your wireless carrier as a result of SMS communications. Message frequency will vary based on your level of engagement and opt-in preferences.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer. DJ Graffiti is not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For help, reply HELP to any SMS message. To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any SMS and you will be removed from our messaging list immediately. You may also unsubscribe from emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email, or by contacting us directly. We will honor all opt-out requests promptly.

Your contact information is never sold to third parties. However, to deliver communications we use trusted third-party service providers such as email marketing platforms and SMS messaging services. These providers are given access to your information only as necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect your data. See Section 6 for more detail.

By using this site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network associated with this site
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Harass, impersonate, or harm other users

Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
